About Our Studio

We Treat the
Person Behind the Task.

“Independence is built one everyday task at a time — with a therapist beside you.”

Ordinary clinics hand you a sheet of exercises. Hollowbrook starts in your kitchen, your office, and your routine — measuring what matters and practicing it until it sticks.

No. California offers direct access to occupational therapy, so you can book an assessment without a referral. If you need imaging or a specialist opinion, we coordinate that with your physician.

Physical therapy rebuilds movement itself; occupational therapy rebuilds what you do with that movement — dressing, cooking, working, and caring for family. Many clients benefit from both.

Comfortable clothes, your ID and insurance card, a medication list, and any splints, reports, or surgical notes you have. If work tasks are the issue, photos of your desk or tools help enormously.

Yes — post-operative rehab is a core specialty. We follow your surgeon’s protocol, track milestones with functional testing, and return you to daily life only when the measures say ready.
