We work with most major PPO plans and provide itemized superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Send us your carrier before your visit and we will verify your benefits within one business day.

No. California offers direct access to occupational therapy, so you can book an assessment without a referral. If you need imaging or a specialist opinion, we coordinate that with your physician.

Physical therapy rebuilds movement itself; occupational therapy rebuilds what you do with that movement — dressing, cooking, working, and caring for family. Many clients benefit from both, and we’ll tell you honestly if PT should come first.

A 60-minute assessment: your goals, medical history, task performance, strength, and home setup. You leave with a written plan — session count, home program, and costs — before committing to anything.

Comfortable clothes, your ID and insurance card, a medication list, and any splints, reports, or surgical notes you have. If work tasks are the issue, photos of your desk or tools help enormously.

Most programs run 6 to 12 visits over 5 to 10 weeks. Your assessment includes a specific estimate, and we re-test every few sessions — if you reach your goals early, we discharge early.

Yes — post-operative rehab is a core specialty. We follow your surgeon’s protocol, track milestones with functional testing, and return you to daily life only when the measures say ready.
